Stone Bridge Farm Hospitality offers a beautiful and sophisticated farm setting venue with amazing views and endless photo opportunities. We can accommodate nearly any idea you have, whether you choose to make use of our beautiful indoor arena, rent one of our immaculate homes, bring your own tent, or any combination of an indoor/outdoor setting.

 

LOCATION:

Stone Bridge Farm Hospitality is located in Schuylerville, New York. Our venue includes more than 90 acres of breathtaking views, indoor event space and housing accommodations. Stone Bridge Farm is 10 miles from Saratoga Springs, offering proximity to restaurants and local culture while ensuring privacy for your event. The adjacent Green Mountains of Vermont make a beautiful scenic backdrop for your wedding and provide endless possibilities for gorgeous photographs.

FACILITIES & CAPACITY:

Stone Bridge Farm Hospitality can accommodate small intimate events, such as an elopement, rehearsal dinner or birthday party, or a larger indoor or outdoor event of up to 300 guests. The options for the location of your event within the property are nearly endless as we have multiple options for your tented event, and provide several choices for an event inside one of our buildings.

Guests of Stone Bridge Farm will need to provide their own linens, china, glassware, and silverware. In addition, guests will need to secure their own licensed bar service/bartender and/or caterer. Stone Bridge Farm does not provide catering nor do we allow for any BYOB or self-licensing for the sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages. We are happy to provide a list of suggested vendors with whom we have worked.

Open Air Intimate Affair: Starts at $5,000 for 30 guests

Experience country sophistication at our gated farm estate.  Enjoy the five bedroom, five bathroom main house to relax while you prepare for the day.  You will have use of the adjacent grounds of the main house for your outdoor micro-wedding ceremony and celebration for up to 5 hours.  Your event time begins at the start of your ceremony.  All events must end by 9pm.  No more than 30 guests are permitted for this package option.  If you wish to stay overnight, an additional cleaning charge of $200 will be added to the cost of this package.  The mansion can accommodate 10 guests and also includes the use of our outdoor fire pit.

Farm Charm Barn Wedding: Starts at  $7,000 for 50 guests 

An intimate wedding for up to 50 guests in our beautiful, sophisticated barn.  Complete with decor, indoor facilities and tables, the barn at Stone Bridge Farm has everything you need for your special event. Choose to host your ceremony in our beautiful courtyard or inside the barn with this option.  Your event time begins at the start of your ceremony.  All events must end by 9pm.  A minimum of 30 and no more than 50 guests are permitted for this package option.

  • 2 hours of photography (++ additional hours available)

  • Multiple on-site ceremony locations to select from

  • Ceremony seating and rustic arbor

If you choose to bring your own vendors for any part of this package, a credit will be applied to your total.  All vendors must be approved by the property owner prior to event commencement.  All vendors are required to provide a certificate of insurance.  All alcohol must be provided by, served, and removed by a licensed bartender. Mid-week discounts are available.

125 SHERMAN LANE:

BARN, ARENA, STUDIO APARTMENT & ADJACENT GROUNDS: $8,500

  • 15,000 square foot arena and barn that can accommodate up to 300 people.

  • Fully-furnished one bedroom/one bath apartment above the arena. Sleeps 2. 

  • Private, gated grounds with beautifully maintained landscaping.

  • Furnished sitting areas within the barn area.

  • Caterer staging area out of guest view. 

  • Two bar areas within the barn area.

  • One bar area within the arena. 

  • 400 amp electrical service on-site.

  • Ceremony rehearsal time the day prior. 

  • Set up & event break down days (maximum two days prior and two days post).

INTIMATE & SMALLER GATHERINGS:

  • 120 Sherman Lane Main House

    • Up to 25 people.

    • Appropriate for wedding showers, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners.

    • $200/hour with a 3 hour minimum.

  • The Barn at 125 Sherman Lane

    • 100 or fewer guests

    • Tables, chairs decor (see bel0w)

    • Designated dance area 

    • Fully-furnished one bedroom/one bath apartment above the arena. Sleeps 2.

FACILITIES: 

  • Indoor bathroom facilities: four single-stall bathrooms.

  • Outdoor bathroom facilities: Four-stall bathroom trailer complete with running water, flush toilets and sophisticated farm-charm.

 

PARKING: 

  • Designated guest parking away from the ceremony/reception area for up to 150 cars. 

  • Designated vendor parking area adjacent to the barn/arena.

  • Designated handicapped parking adjacent to the barn/arena. 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

  • Shuttle service within the property: $150

  • Use of the barn and/or arena for rehearsal dinner: $500

  • Use of the barn and/or arena for post-wedding brunch/lunch: $500

ON-SITE ACCOMMODATIONS:

  • Sherman Lane Main House: Sleeps 10: $1,500/night 

    • 6,000 square foot five bedroom/five and a half bath main home with a solarium, custom kitchen, dining room and much more including a stone patio at the back of the home. 

 

  • Sherman Lane Farm House: Sleeps 8: $500/night 

    • 2,300 square foot three bedroom/two and half bath farmhouse with a spacious veranda overlooking the property. Adjacent to the main home.​

 

ON-SITE ACCOMMODATIONS DISCOUNTS:

  • Save 20% on the second night of any house rental. (First night at full price.)

  • Save 40% on the third night of any house rental. (First night at full price.) 


BOOKING:

  • Secure a date with a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of  ⅓ of the total.

  • Refundable security deposits are required.

  • Proof of insurance from every vendor is required prior to the event.
